On February 17th the American Legion Young and Richardson Post 59's new Officers were installed alongside those of the Sons of the American Legion and the Post's Legion Riders. Past Commander Don Mann was also presented with a plaque honoring his commitment to Post 59 and all his excellent works over the past 2 years serving as Commander.
